Our Story

J&V is founded by a dreamer, an entrepreneur and a family man: Joel Pérez, who started in the Christmas lights installation business 10 years ago and fell in love with the Christmas spirit and the beauty of making spaces and places shine.

As soon as Joel came up with the idea, Vanessa and Johnny, Joel’s wife and son, were part of the team, and together as a family they all started to enjoy the experience of sharing the joy of Christmas through lighting up the houses.

Since 2020, the J&V family has been continuously growing and nowadays is focused on bringing the Christmas spirit to every family and business in the Chicago area.
